California Owner's Notice of Non-Responsibility

For the property owner to notify the contractor(s) that the property owner does not accept responsibility for the work being performed

The California Legal Notice of Non Responsibility is used when your tenant is having improvements made to your property and you don't want that property to be subject to liens.

This document is not used when you are contracting directly with the contractor(s), only when your tenant is the one hiring contractor(s) for the improvements.
